Joint supplements for humans

Can anyone recommend one?
Combination of age and a job where I am on my feet all day also ponies etc, my knees get very painful and my back aches. Dont want to keep popping painkillers.
I have had a look online but there are literally hundreds of supplements to choose from, was thinking of cortaflex but can anyone recommend or suggest anything else.

the human cortaflex is supposed to be really good, but only if you get the one with the extra HA in it (it used to come in either a blue or red box, the red box had the extra HA)
