Do you have any reccomendations for joint supplements? A horse I know has got arthritic changes in his knees and I would like to know what you all think. Also what about using human joint supplements? Any info would be great. Thanks

Equine America make a product called Cortaflex. They make a version for Humans, Horses and Dogs and Cats. I have used it for my horse and my old dog. It really does work. It made a huge difference to the old whippet.

Riaflex is the way to go IMHO. Used to use Cortaflex, but did a little research and it seems that the levels of active ingredient are lees than optimal for full maximum benefit.

Having said that, different people swear by different products and I'm not saying for a minute that using Cortaflex had no effect - I just think that Riaflex does more.
