Hi, I am looking for peoples recommendations for joint supplements that you have personally tried. My physio has started to notice some changes in my 16yo hocks getting slightly stiffer and I would like to do anything I can to help her.

I have been using science supplements flexibilty plus and I have found that has made a big difference to my mare with arthritis in hocks and spondylitis. I am just trying hack up bespoke to see if that helps as she has a few other issues this will hopefully address and a cheaper to have everything in one tub.
 
I used MaxVita Maxaflex for some years but following advice on here I switched to Extra Flex HA which has had a massive impact. Feedmark do a bespoke option too if that is wanted.
