I am just pleased that the daughters evidence was allowed to be on video tape, rather than her being in the court. It almost seems as if he was unaware of the gravity of what he had done, until he had heard her say both what he had done and the effect it had on her! A seriously disturbed but sane man

Ok point taken. We had this debate once when I was at school and I was on the For side and it is a difficult one to fight there are loads of cases where the proven guilty are proven innocent.I have read about loads of them. But for ppl like the Moors murderers and the man who had sex with and killed gay men those ppl were 100% guilty hang them!

He makes me feel physically sick. Looking at his evil face on the TV stirs up so many emotions in me.

I hope they lock him up and throw awway the key-he still wont have the same treatment as he gave his daughter though, as I'm sure he'll see daylight. Not that he deserves it.

He should be locked up in the solitary cell like the one in the shawshank redemption.

I totally agree put him in one of those old damp under ground cells that they dont use anymore (i think all prisons have them) like in Bad girls and leave him there and feed him one a week untill he slowing dies!
