Joss Gray only has the competition yard, I believe he only does full livery. The DIY part is separate. The pricing system is a bit mix and match, you pay for everything (e.g. menage, stable, grazing, trailer parking) individually. A stable and grazing now costs £120 per horse per month (the prices recently went up).
