Does anyone know whether I can still get these?

And has anyone had any experience of them?

I have the Tornado set by Mountain Horse which is excellent and I bought it 4 years ago, but they don't seem to have anything like that at the moment and I am running out of waterproofs I am changing that many times a day

Got some 2 years ago they had zips at the bottom of the leg that broke first time I used them! Sent them back and got a refund, got Horsewear ones now which are great! Also had a Joules jacket which was about as waterproof as a teabag! I like Joules stuff but think it's more of a fashion brand than one that will stand up to everyday wear and tear of being on a yard. Also been some posts on her re wellies splitting.

I have Berghaus ones with zips and poppers up the sides, haven't let the water in yet and probably cheaper than a 'horsey' brand. Got them from CotswoldOutdoor.com

i had joules wellies that split,it kind of puts you off the whole range of things when this happens.

i think that when you wash waterproof stuff you need to use a non-bio washing powder/liquid or it looses it.

Not sure if Joules still do them - I got mine in the 2007 sale. I am v pleased with them tho but then they were a bit of a bargain + only cost about £15!! They don't have zips thay have velcro and a slightly bootleg bottom bit which the velcro tightens if you want

joules didn't do them this winter , i have some from last year & think they are great ,quality good , no probs, they do still come up new on ebay , sizing is quite generous
