What are they like for replying to emails, as I orderd from the sale on the 1st my items still haven't arrived and I was emailing to check if the order had gone through ok as I never recieved a confirmation email about my order. And they haven't got back to me about it yet.
Is anyone still waiting for their sale items?
 
I always receive a confirmation email

Which is why I emailed as my flat mate said she always got a email, I never got one but they did take the correct amount from my bank.

I do have the correct email address written down as they sent me an email after signing up to the website.
 
I ordered on the 3rd feb (just before everything disappeared off their website). I rang them on Friday and was assured the items were packed and ready for despatch and should be with me on Tuesday or Wednesday.
So I'd ring them quoting your order reference if I were you!
 
I got my things last week. I did get an email after the sale had ended telling me 3 out of 5 of the items I ordered were out of stock though.
 
Just found the order history part on the website and it says 'There is no order status information for this order at this time'.............good thing? bad thing?
 
i ordered 3 items at end of jan , just over a week later they emailed to say all were now out of stock! not the first time this has happened to me so not overly impressed

I haven't had any emails (other than the one ofter signing up to the site to order and one advertising the new collection) - so I haven't had any to say the items are/aren't in stock

I ordered 3 things and never got a confirmation email, so to be honest I thought that they would have sold out and I forgot about it. However 2 days ago I received an email saying that 2 of the things had sold out but the other one was being sent out and it has arrived today!
 
I didnt get a confirmation email either. I ordered OVER 2 weeks ago now (they say max 2 wk wait) and only just got an email today saying one of my items was sold out! Why couldnt they have told me that when I ordered then I could have chosen something else in the sale (but its now over). Am still awaiting my order... but I assume its coming now... They deducted money immediately when I ordered! They have to refund the sold out item.
 
I have emailed them today as mine hasn't arrived either (ordered on 31st). Online says no order info next to the order so i'm wondering whether they have sold out as well not that I have been contacted as such. Will be disappointed if don't get the shirt as really liked it

It says my order was placed on the 31st too, I will be very mad if they now email me and say it is out of stock more than two weeks later, if this is the case I will be quite reluctant to buy from them again in the future. Especially since a lot of people don't get what they order because it has sold out but they take the money straight away, surley it would be simpler to do it correctly and not have to keep giving money back.
 
I ordered on 31st January also and although had received a confirmation email, still had no delivery after the two week period they advised. Called them on Friday and was told there'd been a problem with my order not being put through to the other system to be dispatched!

Major panic that after two weeks of everyone else's orders being sent out, all my stuff would be out of stock! The girl was really good though and took a print of the items and went to check stock. She called back within 10mins to let me know they had my stuff and it would be sent out, to arrive middle of this week.

So fingers crossed I'll get my stuff tomorrow or Thursday! It's worth calling them to check if you're still waiting for stuff as I'm sure mine won't be the only order caught in between two systems!

Also, if you are able to look in the "Order History" section of the website, you will be able to see an order reference number for it.
 
Oh well, now I got an email today saying ALL my items are out of stock!! Told them I was peed off as they've had my money 2 weeks now. They've given me a £10 voucher so guys if you get messed about with then complain...! A voucher is better than nothing, but Im still so annoyed - I really wanted one item in particular, the Eventer jacket!
