JRN Team Championships..?

Abit confused as on the ONu18 programme it says a team of 8 are selected and then 2 individuals, but does that mean there are two teams of 4 an a and a b? Or a team that just selects the best 4 scores from the 8? Also is there anywhere they post previous team lists of team results as I can't seem to find them anywhere! I probably sound like I'm being very dim, but hopefully someone on here can enlighten me? Thanks.

Each region take 10 people, and from those 10 they select 8 people to run in the team. The best 4 of those 8 scores then count. This means that areas can take 10 people, however areas that dont arrive with 8 people for the team are at no disadvantage! I'm not sure where team results are posted though, somewhere on the BE site i should think! x

The results are posted on Weston Parks site, but it doesn't break down to team results, you end up doing alot of working out

Ahh thank you so much! That makes a lot more sense. Never mind about the team results, it's a shame they don't post them up though.
