JRT suddenly aggressive

Hi I was wondering if you could give me some advice . My 4 year old female JRT has over the past week become very unsociable and growling when any of the other animals ( cats and dogs ) she is normally quite a needy cuddly girl but at the moment sitting on a rug out of the just listening . She isn't spayed ( my choice ) previous bad exp . I'm very careful around her seasons and would never breed and have never had an ' accident ' in 16 years . Is this hormonal ? Any advice please x

I would take her straight to the vet when a usually good natured dog behaves like this it's often ill.

all those symtoms can indicate pain or illness I would take to vet asap too

Is she in season or coming in to season?

I too would get her checked out by a vet. When was her last season, if recent it could possibly be a false pregnancy, or a pyometra.

I don't like drastically changed behaviour, unless she has behaved similar other times due to hormones, my first thought would probably be to have her checked by a veterinarian.

Thank you for the replies she is having a phantom pregnancy . As soon as she is over this she will be spayed x
