Hi everyone,
I just want to share my experience with you!
I have written two letters, the first back in November 09 and sent two emails regarding a complaint about Mudruckers.
Basically, my first pair didnt last very long, they split, then I bought another pair, again, they haven't lasted very long, they have also split and so I have written/emailed to JT and GFS (their sister company) and I haven't had a single response, no acknowledgement, no nothing which is, in my opinion, very poor.
The boots cost me a small fortune and I consider myself to usually be a loyal customer and a fan of the JT range, though considering the severe lack of customer service, I will not be returning to them.
Now I wish that I had never purchased the boots in the first place.
I have gone from being really annoyed to really cross to really upset! I can't afford to replace the boots and I am thinking that perhaps the decent thing for them to do would be to replace them!
Aside from turn up on their doorstep or post the boots to them, I am not sure what else to do!
Has anyone else ever complained to JT? Successfully? Or are they known for being rubbish at responding to complaints?
