no idea why she did not just have a 5 stage done and return the horse in the first place. sellers seemed to be sensible and it makes a change for a seller to ask about saddle fit etc. hopefully they will find the horse a good home.
I agree. It reminded me of the other thread how much we expect these days. She bought the horse home, kept it
on its own, plonked a saddle on it and tried to say it was misold because it was too much for her. It bucked too which she showed in a video of it hooning around the field.
I thought the seller was very fair, offering to give her her money back. As the Judge said, if he hadnt offered that the buyer didnt have any case against the seller at all....
I agree with the above! The sellers seemed very reasonable to me. Don't really know why she dragged it all to court?? Also, rather exciting to see my vet Simon Constable as the expert witness, although they didn't really seem to engage his professional advice! All he really said was 'yes, that's just an excitable horse' lol.
