on the flip side... it is extreemly difficult with regards tolaw suits but your right the UK is becoming more and more like the US only with much less ludicrous decisions. there are fine lines in law where a person should be compensated or not...
although i have to admit to having spent som (non competative ) time on the show cob circuit and some of the ridden judges were errr wobbly to say the least!!!
