Hi, dressage rider and instructor, Julie Yardley, is now based in my area. I wondered if anyone has had lessons with her or is still having lessons with her? Any feedback gratefully appreciated
Hi. Been having lessons with Julie for 'round about 8 months now. It has definately been the best thing for me and my youngster who have come on in leaps and bounds. I think she's fab
. She's been really patient with me, taught me a lot and given me the confidence i needed. She's a really good teacher and will give you advice on every aspect of horse matters not just riding technique. Hope this helps!
Could you please tell me if Julie Yardleys yard (which I believe is near the Belfry) has good access for lorries with plenty of room to park/turnaround. Thanks. Is it easy to find ?
Hi, Julie's yard is lovely - might be a bit tight for turning lorries around but haven't been there for ages! Yes, easy to find - you will need to go slowly when you're on Bulls Lane. Her yard is on the right (coming from the Belfry) opposite Wishaw Golf Club and Equestrian Centre
Julie Yardley is a very good trainer, very encouraging, genuine nice person (as it is important to have a good relationship with your trainer) I really lookforward to my lessons and my horse has greatly improved. Julie has an Andrew Bowen 20 x 60m arena so the surface is excellent, I am hoping to continue with Julie as its so important to have regular training if you want to seriously progress!
Julie yardley is a major credit to the equine world youngsters and older horses it dosen`t matter, she will be patient and explain all aspects of how to get the best from your horse through your riding. Has been established for years and has worked her way to the top!!One of the first people who i had the privalage of riding against in the show ring and prooved that arabs can do it all!!
