I’m debating whether to go to their January meeting as I’m off work, I’ve only been there for a flat meeting (never again!) but it’s quite tempting…

I’ve been there flat racing as my horse did an RoR parade. It was nice as a family day and nice atmosphere. Could look at an HHO January gathering.

Not heard any news on Boston Boy who ran out through the hurdle. Hope okay.

I think I had the unfortunate experience of going when all the drunk people also decided to attend - I went with a wheelchair user and they kept blocking the (tiny) wheelchair viewing area and not letting us in, we had to get security in the end
I believe he’s okay and looks like this isn’t the first time looking at the stewards report!
An enquiry was held to consider the unruly behaviour of BOSTON BOY which had run out at the second last hurdle. A J O’Neill was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident. As the gelding had also ran out at the second last hurdle at Leicester on 18 November 2024, O’Neill was informed that any future similar behaviour from BOSTON BOY may result in the horse being reported to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.

Drunk people at racing never nice. Hopefully he’s okay and odd to have done that twice.
