Does anyone have any recommendations - looking to get some boots to use cross country & showjumping - is it better to have different sets? already have some overreach boots!

Thanks for your help in advance!

I am also interested in recommendations for SJ boots. Saffy wears pony size and her Whitaker ones rub her on the inside of the cannon bone as do Eskadrons. A friend had a horse with a tendon injury she put down to Premier Equine tendon boots so wary of these (though I love their other products).

Personally I love Eskadron boots for Show jumping. I have also just bought their boots for Cross county, they are similar to their show jumping boots but with a protective front section too.
I also had problems with Premier Equine cross country boots, they did not suit my horse at all!! Ended up either rotating and the hard strike pad dug in to his tendons or they rubbed his legs really bad. Saying that.. My friend has the same boots and they fit her horse fine. I guess they are ok for some and not others!

which whitaker boots have you got? I love my whitaker tendon/fetlock boots but they're only for shows

I like tri-zone tendon/fetlock boots for sj. Don't do xc so can't comment :D

I love Eskadron boots for SJ, and NEW for XC. Though is Eskadron rubs your horse then NEW do a fleece lined pair of SJ boots designed for sensitive horses..

Personally, I came across Veredus boots by accident and I wouldn't use anything else now - they are brilliant. Well worth the money I paid for them. I've used Woofs (which I like for schooling), Eskadrons, Whittakers, etc, etc but to me nothing beats Veredus. :)

I thought it was just me that has a micro warmblood who fits into pony sized boots measles! Bless saffy :D I use the veredus boots now and love them they just seem to fit realy well xx

Would definitely go with Veredus, love their boots. Have been looking at getting another pair for ages...so I can have a pair for schooling and competitions - currently save them for competing.
