Rosie now happily popping round 85-90cm like it’s nothing. Was really looking forward to taking her showjumping tomorrow but unfortunately I somehow managed to bend my thumb back in my lesson and I think it’s sprained. So no jumping tomorrow as I can’t grip the reins properly

It really is! Is this the mare who used to have an enormous leap when you first started? If so I remember thinking what a cracking jump she’d have once she settled into it a bit.

yes it is. The same mare that had ulcers and stifle problems as a 5 yr old and got written off by the vet so I’m so pleased she’s got this far! She’s going to become absolutely cracking in the next year or so
