Jumping- Love it?

Random question, but just wondered. I love jumping, but it doesn't half scare me!! Just wondered what everyone else thought

i love jumping as does taz but over 3'6ft i get nervous even though i have jumped a lot bigger then that but yeahh i havent jumped in 5 months now though

I went to Alton Towers on Sunday.

Supposed to be for "trill seekers", not one of those rides gave me half the thrill I get from jumping a big hedge out hunting.

Yes, I love jumping although funnily feel much more confident xc than sj. If I'm having a bad day there's nothing better than going for a mad hack and jumping logs in the woods at my yard, always puts a smile on my face

I do, but having just come back to riding this year it does make me a bit nervous! My boy loves it though!

I love jumping small and fast I never really jump higher than 2ft 6, but have jumped 4ft once or twice!

I'm so nervous, but a retired BSJA pony who loves speed isn't a huge help haha. She does make me feel safer though.

I totally agree! I was at a local fair the other week, and none of the rides give you as much adreniline!!

i love it. exhilarating, fun... on the right horse of course!
years ago i knew someone who had played for the England 1st rugby team, and he said that running out in front of tens of thousands of fans at Twickenham was not as big a thrill as jumping a hedge on his horse.
that really brought it home to me.

Agree with Kerilli! On a forward going reliable horse it's the best feeling in the world!
