How often do you do jumping?
I don't jump regularly because it scares me, so I have to be in the right frame of mind.
But I have a jumping lesson today, another on Wednesday, possibly showjumping next weekend and then a combined training show at the end of the month.
Also, I've kept to small jumps (2 foot ish) for about 4 months, and the lesson on Wednesday will be a lot bigger fences (normally about 3 foot, but I've asked him to put them a bit smaller for me). Roo is more then capable of jumping them but I feel almost mean to suddenly put them back up.
Someone tell me I'm being silly lol

I'm not one for overjumping, and don't really jump at home, but am jumping about 2x weekly on average at the moment 
Anything under about 1m won't be putting much strain on your horse anyway
