After my jumping lesson at Hall Place courtesy of another forum member (thoroughly recommend!) I have identified that my position over a jump needs a bit of work. I tend to arch my back rather than keeping it straight, sit up too quickly and hence do not give enough with my hands.
Can anyone recommend ways to correct/ improve this?
Thanks

Really dont think you need to worry, everyone jumps very diffrent, thats what makes you a rider, if we all ride the same life would be a drag! as long as the horse has iyts shoulders n back to make a correct shape, dont worry yourself, it takes time and sure your there nothing to worry about
