I am thinking about changing my beloved Bates GP (which tips me forwards but is very comfy) for more of a jumping style saddle. I would love a WOW or an Ideal but money is an issue!

My local tame saddler has given me some ideas as to affordable jumping saddles that are suitable for everyday riding and he mentioned a new brand that was made by the same people as Thorowgood but leather...but I cant remember the name (think it was 2 words!) and cant find any info on the net- does anyone have any ideas?...or any info on jumping saddles which are also comfy enough for a days hunting- or good ways to find a second hand saddle other than ebay? Thanks :-)

I tried the GP version of it and found it very hard to sit on if that makes sense. They seem very well made and good value for money.

Yes, and they are lovely saddles. Thorowgood have not done a very good job of keeping under wraps that these saddles are theirs!!!

Yes its Kent and Masters, i tried one last week mega comfy lovely quality, adjustable etc I was very impressed. I have an Ideal at the moment but thought this was far better than the one I have. The only problem is I have to wait 3 weeks for delivery!!! Grrr I want it now!!
