I have a budget of about 800 and I am completely stuck to what to go for! I ride in an Albion K2 on my chunky irish sport mare and it is fantastic, wouldn't ride her in anything else, I have ridden my not so chunky warmblood in one and it just didn't have the same effect! Does anyone have any suggestions of what saddles to try? I have tried a prestige which was very nice but unfortunately slightly wide for him and I can't seem to find a 2nd hand one for less than a grand! I tried a Barnsby Schokemole as well which was very nice but also slightly narrow and I can't find another one for sale anywhere. Do you rate the whitaker ones? Horse heaven saddlery do one for 770 brand new! Thanks :)

I like my kentaur for a nice, not too expensive jumping saddle. I've got the naxo's version with gel panels, goes on anything and fits a treat :)
Love the prestige saddles too, they are well worth their money imo. A butet is another option if you could get one cheap enough 2nd hand? Nice, tidy lightweight saddles.

i have converted from an albion k2 to a bates momentum. was a bit daunted at first as it is very flat and has tiny knee blocks but to be honest i wouldnt ever go back to big block jumping saddles now, im so much more secure in this one. absolutely LOVE it.

issyking,
I have a Stubben Edelweiss for sale which may suit you.
If youre interested pm me and I would bring it to your yard for you to try if you're local.
I'm in Hampshire

Have a look at Classic Saddlery Walsall. Not a fancy name, but beautiful saddles - I adore mine (having had my heart set on a Barnsby or a Black Country) and I dont think I'd get anything else now...

I have the Bavarian :)
