Jumping stirrup leathers

Anyone any advice for an "investment" pair. ie. ones not likely to stretch much when riding shorter

JAguar or Jefferies elite are the best. Dont touch Bates as they stretch ALOT!

I use the Jeffries ones....about £55 per pair...but they are strong and last

I have had my Kate Negus ones for years. There have material down the centre so they do not stretch

I've heard of the ones with Nylon supports.

Bates leathers have a webbing core & don't stretch at all. I have 3 sets on three different saddles & no stretch on any.

We had three sets on saddles used a few times a day and all the holes stretched on them, even with the core

I have the jaguar leathers with the comfort buckles. They are incredibly comfortable and have lasted well BUT that has been on my dressage saddle. I have used them for jumping recently (say 10 times) and the holes have started to stretch already, I thought they were supposed to be non-stretch so I am a bit disappointed.

I have a pair of lemetex ones that I have had a long time and I dont think they have stretched, but I did get them restitched at the buckle recently (cost a grand total of £4).
