I haven't jumped Baz for 14 months due to taking a tumble and then getting pregnant just as I'd recovered. Today I have put out all my fences and tomorrow I will be jumping

.

I NEVER normally have any nerves but I think the combination of the last time I jumped I fell head first and the fact that I'm a new mum with someone else to think about now, is making me slightly nervous.

A friend competed Baz for me successfully (and incident free) all last year so I'm sure he'll be fine - its just me being silly!!

Tell me it'll be alright please!!

I'm sure you'll really enjoy it once you get going again. Last summer I jumped for the first time in at least 6 years and got thrown straight into it with a bit of cross country (my first time!!) I went to test a riding holiday destination in Ireland for work and had SO much fun. The horses really took care of me.

I hope you enjoy it!

you go for it! Having children does without doubt change your perceptions, but once you've done that course just imagine how you'll feel!
