for those of you who are interested and are following my posts on junos progression - today we ventured into the school for the first time in a month (last time she was unsound on the corners) yesterday the vet was up the yard for another horse and asked how we were doing she asked me to trot her up (ridden) and pronounced her sound as a pound' and told me to get on with some faster work! so i thought id take the bull by the horns and see what happened in the school - we did long long walm up and i tentatively trotted her - kept coming back to walk then a bit more trot - and i think she was sound!!!! WAHOOOO! We only did 10 mins of mostly walk but i am quietly optimistic x x

Sorry - been busy working (for a change!). As we haven't left the school (or even the lunge) for a month, I'm struggling to understand why you're so excited!
Great news that she's sound though.

hi hullabaloo - hope all is going well with your lunging - wont be long now before youre up and running (is it 2 weeks???) x

2 weeks today we're back at the vets. Lunging is going well, we're doing lots of canter work and raised poles now just to add a bit of variety. My friend is away this weekend so I can take her horse out for a hack if I can remember how to ride!
How's the hacking going?
