He sounds the double of my boy, other than being mouse dun rather than cream.

I'd love another..... why is it we don't have 48hours in the day, I could maybe fit him in then!

I love him too. Love highlands but I'm too tall for one. :(

Can I join the queue please. would love hm too but my own Hipo keeps me more than busy. BTW, I'm 5ft7 and ride a 14.2 highland. We have a lad on the yard who's 6ft2 (and very slender) and he rides him sometimes too, so not too tall. How tall are you? Unless you're 7ft 8 you'll be fine ....!!!

I've had a 6ft man on my boy, he was very slim right enough not that he couldn't carry more and although it did look slightly odd, he carried him happily! He isn't the widest Highland to grace the earth but I'm sure with a good old fashioned wide type 6ft wouldn't look overly out of place!

They are such diamonds... If love to meet Jura and his mum bet you they go through the same arguments me and the pudding do!

He caught my eye too. Would love to have another if I had the time and facilities. I've been especially tempted by all the highland foals I've seen recently . If only.

I phoned about him when advert went up a month ago, but tho lovely, he's v steady and requires booting along to get anywhere. Sounds like he would suit a person experienced with natives but who doesn't want to go anywhere quickly :)

Haha, well he sounds even more like mine then! Serious lack in motivation probably!

Safe then? Maybe he just needs to find 'his thing'. He looks lovely though. I bet my HiPo would love him for company.

It sounds as if you all need a holiday in the Highlands. Plenty up here around that price and they don't need kicking on all the time either. Transport would be a few hundred on top. They are seldom sick or sorry and live long and happy lives. I am waiting for my spritely, healthy, happy 24 year old mare to foal soon and she's never had a day's illness in her life. One of her sons regularly appears on HHO!
