My filly foal arrived today but along with a shetland mare and foal as well so we felt sorry for them and took them in.....they are now out in the field with my 16.1hh mare who is mothering them both, whilst my filly is stabled whilst she gets used to being away from her mum, and my yearling arab colt - so I have gone from 2 horses to 5 overnight I must be mad....!

they're all lovely. Shetland foal is weeny! Have you got names for all of them?

LOL NO!

The grey mare is Cilla and no I didn't name her
The chestnut arab colt is Hadiyah von montroze - Hadiyah for short
The filly foal is Jazz - show name yet to be decided!
and as for the 2 little shetlands I have no idea just took pity on them so any suggestions greatly received

aww that little shettie foal is to die for!! i love his thick coat round his eyes like goggles!! hehe!

yep she looks like a sheep in a mask or a balaclava!

i'd call the shetland foal Shaun
he's like a little sheep

PMSL my OH is called shaun! plus she is a filly....the mare orginates from Aberdeen and with the foals marking my OH is Scottish and he said today it looks like she has the scottish flag on her face!
