God, you are SO right! that would be fab. Maybe I should show my OH this... might reduce his jealousy for "that bl00dy horse"
 
I've just showed my OH this. I like it, and think its great!! OH, however thinks not only is guy on skates 'cheating' by using the ramps, but he considers horses far too dangerous to even be attempted to be pulled by the things.
Did I mention he is a motor biker?!?
 
Boogles I was only suggesting it was an excuse we could all make to make him 'enjoy' the horse not that we shouldnt do the bit on the skates. :D

I wish I still had winston now and we had snow again so I could make snow jumps I could kind of mimic this but there is no way he would ever jump that height lol. ( I took him sledging over the winter around the fields ) there is a photo here somehwere.

I think the guy was meant to run out at the double, which is why the jumps didn't have high wings at first on one side and then on the opposite side (so that he could wind around them without getting the ropes caught). At least I think so! I too thought the horse was wonderful, I don't know many that would look so calm when towing an extra passenger!!
