Hi, just an update on my mare that was dumped by her loaners.

Well in the last week she has improved no end and is almost back to herself.

she still wont allow us near her with a saddle so i can only wonder as to what they did to her. She is still being very spooky and will not load so i cant get her back to her feildmates yet but she is with the ponies and seems to be glad of the company.

As for the evil cow that did this to her, i searched her on facebook and they have already loaned another horse and the daughter had stated on her profile that my mare had been put down. how twisted. After seeing this i called the mothers mobile from a freinds phone and got through to her. i was very very angry and she said she was very sorry but the mare was crazy and i was lucky she hadnt called the RSPCA and reported me for mistreatment.

i have contacted the releveant authorities now and i'll know soon what is going to happen with her. i also got through to the lady that loaned their current horse via facebook and have told her what has happened with me. im waiting for her to get back to me.

thanks for all the support. xxx

Glad you have your girl back, but I will never understand how people can be so heartless adn lets hope these people don't go on to damage the next pony....some people honestly!!!

Good for you. What an old bag that woman is! Unfortunately it's a hard lesson learnt for you and will probably make you think twice before putting a horse out on loan again. I had a similar thing happen a few years ago and will never loan a pony again.

Glad you mare seems to be on the mend though xx

'Tis sad that some horses come back all broken but these people give Genuine people a tougher time trying to loan a horse.....
I'd never loan to an equine college again either, but thats a whole different story.
