Just baked some amazing horse biscuits!

Found a recipie, baked them earlier and horses absolutely loved them! Here's the recipie:

1 cup warm water
1 cup porridge oats
one carrot
one apple
one stick celery
1 cup self raising flour

Pour cup of warm water over oats and leave for 5 mins.
Whiz carrot, apple and celery together in food processor. Add soaked oats and flour. Mix well.
Put into little fairy cake cases and bake for 10 mins at 190.

Amazing and sooo cheap! I added a clove of garlic to mine. Didn't even bother to peel apple or carrot! So quick.

Horses went mad for them!

heard that recipe before, only thing is you can't give them to fizzier horses due to the oats

Agree about oats! Luckily my two are so laid back, i'd need a bomb to shift either of mine! lol

Surely that small quantity of oats cant do any harm?? def worth a try, but havent got a food processor!!

We are feeding marmite sarnies at the moment, so I am making bread for them in the bread maker every 3 days or so!
