anyone else got one? Any complaints about them. Its the dressage one.Must admit for price looks good mixture of leather and synthetic.

I've had a GP T8 for a couple of months now. I got it as my youngsters won't stop changing shape so now I have more saddles than horses and needed a reasonably priced stop gap! I'm finding it very comfortable to ride in and nice and light to handle. The only thing I don't like about it is that on very cold mornings when I'm wearing long leather boots I find it a bit slippery until it gets warmed up, which I've never felt with my leather saddles.

Thats weird. Will let you know if mine does the same.

Well in fairness it might be something to do with the dancing warmblood underneath mine...but yes, please do let me know if you notice the same thing. I don't get it if I'm wearing chaps or later on in the day when the temperature is warmer so it must be the boot/saddle interface. I'm really pleased with the saddle overall :)

I've been very pleased with mine, dont have to worry if it gets wet, hardly ever clean it (ooh naughty!), its lovely and lightweight and comfy. A friend who saw it thought it was something much more expensive when she sat in it! And it looks really smart. No complaints here.

I brought my mare back into work last tear after two DDFT hind tendon injuries. She had had about 2 years off having a baby after injury no 2 same leg. I boot all round with woof brushing boots as she does clout herself. She has been back in work for 14 months. We hack 5 times a week and school one or 2 Inc a jumping lesson. Tbh I handnt thought about overheating. But she does make things puff if she clouts herself like lastweek :-/
She is also one to prat about in the field 24/7 galloping about bucking, leaping, skidding etc. It depends what your horse is like I guess, mine has no respect for legs etc so I will continue to boot but if your horse doesn't brush etc I wouldn't boot...as they don't support anything.
