Poor boy, I saw him yesterday I think and skipped past as not looking for TBs...!! Didn't realise he's supposed to be a warmblood.

I know - his face tells a story. Looks like he’s been through a lot and needs somebody to give him a break. If I had more time I’d have him, I’ve got plenty of grass here.

You couldn’t pay me to buy a horse looking that poor with the grass as ridiculously rich as it currently is.

If I remember correctly this horse has atrophy of the Trapezius Cervicus muscle which is the dip in front of the wither. It can be caused by poor riding/training and the horse being forced into an unatural position by the rider. It can also be caused by a saddle not fitted correctly.

Lateral work and raised poles would help to build this muscle up again.

His neck looks very weak too, possibly from being pulled into an outline.
