I’ve not attempted pictures since photo bucket chucked a wobbler but figured it was about time I faffed about. Pointless post, other than to prove that I’ve worked out how imgur works and to show off the Christmas outfits of course!

Gratuitous Rufus piccie, just cos he’s gorgeous

Lovely dogs :-). Well done on pics.
I like the very white faced springers, but watching them out shooting they seem very hot. Is that a huge generalisation? I think the paler ones were bred for trialling as they were more visible to the judge.

How?? Do you have a straightforward method? :)
ETA, nice pics, by the way!

My method is via a mobile device as that’s my preferred browsing equipment but it was straightforward once I applied myself properly lol.

1. Downloaded the Imgur app from the App Store (I’m iOS)
2. Uploaded the pictures from my phone to the app. I saved them as ‘hidden’ but that’s personal preference
3. Copy the link of the photo from the app
4. Paste the link into the message box in HHO. This is where is gets a bit faffy
5. The link is copied as a URL link back to Imgur. To embed it, you need to replace the /url and url with /img and img and it will embed. I had to preview my post first to see this. Can’t remember doing the preview thing with photo bucket.
6. That’s it, photo is embedded in post, tarrahhhh

These two are as far removed from ‘hot’ as you can get. They’re both laid back, idle beggars to be honest. Rufus has a nose to die for, always does exactly what he’s told and would have potentially made a good sniffer dog but he’s a nervy creature so his temperament wouldn’t have been suitable. I finished up with him because he was horribly aggressive in kennels and getting worse daily. That was nine years ago - blimey!!

Button on the other hand is bog useless as a spaniel!! She does as she’s told but only after careful consideration. I’ve always said to her, if her life depended on her being in the right place at the right time, she’d be long time dead. She doesn’t have an aggressive bone in her body and loves everyone and everything.

There’s been a few with white faces come through rescue over the years and some have been bonkers but no more bonkers than the solid coloured dogs I don’t think.

You can use anywhere that hosts photos. I prefer Facebook as its so easy to upload and my photos go on there anyway.

Click to enlarge the photo, right click and select copy image address Type
i]
with no spaces.

On a mobile or ipad etc, hold down on the photo, select open in new tab then copy the information in the address bar and post it between img tags as per above :)

I'll give it a try from Facebook

Yay- it works. Well that's easy! A million thank yous Leo Walker for suggesting that :)

PS: Although Obie likes Xmas jumpers/all jumpers, he does not like the hoods being up. Hence the pic. The hood was pulled down just after this was snapped :)

This is him doing what he likes best

Just seeing if I can remember how to post from fb. Christmas with our late BTs Barney and Jake.
It worked but made me feel a little sad seeing their (much loved) faces.

They’re both very pretty! I’m fond of the wide white stripe on a spaniel, Bear caught my eye the minute I spied the litter.

The Facebook method is super quick, share a pic from my phone to Facebook, copy pic, add img wraps, took me about 10 seconds just now.

Awww way too cute for words!!

Mine adore dressing up, especially Button but they definitely draw the line at head gear. There’s zero chance of getting them to wear hoodies or antlers.
