I'm fitting and possibly flocking a saddle in Horley tomorrow, I have tried to stop going out to yards but get my arm twisted so I do it as a favour mainly. I will go through it with the client and if it doesn't fit or needs flocking I explain why and show them exactly where the problem is and the best way of dealing with it, it helps them understand what I am trying to achieve with that saddle and that particular horse.
