Just for fun... the downright cheeky!

Mine will quite happily munch on a haynet outside his box without needing to be tied up while I muck out his bed. Trouble is when he decides he wants a poo he walks back in to his box just as I've finished picking out every scrap of droppings in my usual OCD fashion, he'll then do a giant poo and casually take himself back out to where his haynet is and continue munching. Little ******. You just gotta love 'em :) He also has the Labrador puppy look perfected for begging for treats.

My pony is not as bad as she used to be.
-She opened big double doors and went down the stables, eating all the morning feeds.
-Out hacking she grabs branches above her head (especially if its been raining) so the water trickles down my neck.
-We were hacking, walking along yabbering to my friend when my horse pulls left, takes a stride and jumps up over a stone wall with a grassy platform at the top. I got off, jumped down the wall and she threw her front end down and slid her hindquarters down it. I got back on and she kept trying to do it again.
-She untied herself, went to the feedroom and ate all of the carrots and apples someone had for their pony - I'd been on the yard for 2 days!
-Out hacking she knows where she wants to go and if you don't let her, she starts to leave the tracks and try to go where she wants by going sideways and backwards.
-I got a text today as I have someone come to fee and poopick through the week. I have a plastic chest outside the field and I leave their feeds in it for the lady. Pony has made a hoof shaped hole in it today to try to get her feed :(
-She is very particular about which horses she does or does not like. There's a big horse (about 17hh) on the yard and they don't like each other. (She's 14.2). I went up one day to find ALL the electric fencing down and my pony kicking him. Poor old boy.
-Last year she went through the main fencing (fencing attached to electric mains) and was in the carrot field before going down to the road and back to the yard the scenic route. I got a call at 9pm to tell me she was safe but had been everywhere. Her fieldmate was in the field by herself stressing.

Anyone want a pony? She's entertaining.

Well, if it makes you feel better, I'm trying to put myself in a wheelbarrow by headbutting butts me when I was more inclined to raise the fork he is usually good taking off the road in a cage, so I assume he thinks it would be fun

EH??????

I was hit in the face (and almost swiped out of the saddle) with a wet branch when the little beggar grabbed it, walked two paces and then let go. I'd just told him off for trying to snack-and-hack.

I've lost count of the number of times I've picked up a hind foot only for him to let rip with an ear-splitting fart.

Oh yes...he waits till I pick out the 2nd back foot, and always farts at me...but almost silent so you don't have time to move away...then looks at you with that innocent "oh dear were you a bit close?" face!

He also lets you catch him and then just stands there. No defiant expression, no sneaky snacking, just stands being entertained by my attempts to move him and when he's bored he comes in with no bother at all. He can undo himself too.

Mine galloped off when I was trying to catch her the other day and hid behind a bush. She didn't seem to realise that her head was sticking out the top so I knew exactly where she was. I could see her standing there watching me, thinking "she can't see me in here, tee hee". :D
