Oh poor you. The exact same thing happend to us a couple of months back. We were given 4 weeks' notice once an offer was made and it was really stressful, trying to find somewhere else.

Turned out good though, new yard is 100 times better. fingers crossed.

The exact same thing happened to me about a year ago. All the liveries left bar me and one other. When the place was finally sold the new owners kept it as a livery yard and have also sunk a lot of money into improving the place too so don't despair.
Its worth scouting around to see whats available and even get your name on a waiting list somewhere else but until you know for certain what will happen try not to worry too much.
