Fab stuff, I have to say!
We were going to get it in tomorrow but had last minute panic as apparently there may be rain early morning so we got in 500 tonight. Bit of a nasty job but it's a big relief to have enough to keep us going for a few months! Our farmer has baled 200 large haylage so we will probably feed just haylage over the winter.

Lucky people, our fields are still a bit too wet to even think of getting the machinery in; saying that though OH did manage to roll the grazing fields though he nearly got stuck in one or two places, very spongy!

Lucky you, our hay/haylage got soaked this afternoon..cut and all

Thank god for that, I was feeling really guilty as T asked me to help today because of the hay coming but I couldn't. Shame though as it's not rainy at all now (must be because you did get it in)!
And at LAST I can move Maiden over there!

They're cutting furiously round our way at the mo. Tractors and combines always in earshot!!

I keep seeing my riding buddy tearing around on his tractor while I'm out riding (he's an Ag contractor) he'll make sure mine don't go without and I have none of the stress and can keep riding all day - perfect!!

We got ours in last night too - been chucking it down all morning so very glad now. Loads of it and it's not that bad either.
