If I wanted to work part time at the job Im in at the mo to become a free lance groom, how would I go about getting my client base? Where would be the best places to advertise?
Just sitting here thinking about how much I hate my job and would much rather be outside doing some thing I love and Im good at!

Advertise in local tack/feed stores. Also you could send flyers to livery yards (send to DIY yards only of course) and private yards advertising mobile holiday livery (very handy for people who have their own land and no one to call and help in an emergency). Don't know where you live but in Cheshire there is a website called Saddle Up Cheshire where you can advertice things like that. Maybe theres one in your area?

Word of mouth, ring round a few places and tell them you are available for emergency or holiday cover.
