Just had the most lovely Christmas card

From the lady who bought my gelding (third in my siggy) in july this year.

It was an agonising sale for me - loved him dearly but he just wasn't into jumping. Anything over 3'3 seemed to really upset him. Anyway, he went to a lovely dressage home up in Scotland and the lady always writes me letters to say how he's doing.

Had a really stressy work day today and came home to a xmas card, update and photos of him. Plus the xmas card featured her three gorgeous children! I am so chuffed - has totally made my day

, I never heard a word on how my pony was after he was sold although they promised to keep in touch and when I tried to phone they were really evasive, it was many years ago when I was a kid but Ive never forgotton him

, so when we bought Toto (from a dealer) she asked us to keep her updated on how my girls do on him etc and we email her with news and photo's on a regular basis , she always replies and is always pleased to hear all our news about him

That's brilliant! I'm really worried about selling my pony - who will she go to, will she be ok etc. hope she goes to someone like that
