Hi, usually just browse, but wondered if anyone else has been really p**d off by the attitude of some suppliers of goods, ie the owner of the company. I ordered some items off a website two months ago and have been trying to get them to give me information on the status of the order for at least a month. Several e-mails later with no real information coming through I decided to phone for some help. Well, I have met and dealt with some ignorant people in my time but felt like I was the one who had'nt kept their end of the deal and now feel totally at loss as to what to do next. Every time I tried to pass on the required information I was told not to "talk over" the rude woman. I felt likeI was still at school. I can understand if they are having problems with supplying goods, but to be contradicted at every word of the conversation does'nt make for good business or customer service. Sorry rant over. At least I can go and cuddle my boys ( two geldings) soon. They never talk back.
