does anyone get to the point where they have just had enough of their job...!!
Ive had good jobs in the past so I know when a duff one comes along....im working at a certain coffee house and although its only part time while im at uni, I find it rubbish unfortunately....Ive stuck with it for 8 months now...but over the past couple of months...
People have become negative, dont do any work, arrive late for shifts which makes you have to wait and my manager doesnt really care so it makes it really tough....
Anyone else just get to the point where they just think its time to move on jobs...? Maybe is due to having holiday blues :0(

I was literally just going to post about this..Im sat at work now til 10 totally bored...again. I just had this sudden feeling of 'this isnt what i was suppose to be doing' come over me! Time to start looking for a new job

i hate my job so much, (sainsbury's) i had to go to the doctors and he is making me go to a councillor for depression. but there is never any jobs goin here

I cannot recommend enough a change of job for depression. If you can try something completely new. I went from being a project manager to a freelance photographer. I had no photography experience - got myself some training and set up a low cost website, did some stuff on the cheap and got a good portfolio. Never looked back. Now doing horsey photography.

just gone through the local paper and marked out the jobs im calling tomorrow...my spirits have lifted already :0)
Shouldnt get down about it I know but it just sucks being sat in something which is rubbish....

I quit and went self employed as a technical writer...now I am working for someone I actually like, who never tries to belittle me, who appreciates the effort I put in. You get the picture.

Seriously, as the Honda engine ad says, "Hate something, change something..."
It may be a really tough decision, and it's better to have a job to go to before you quit.

I was lucky to have some potential clients who really believed in me and gave me the confidence to leave....I believe that if you're at Uni, you can get a better job than in a coffee bar, even one to fit in with yours studies.

I hate mine too, work for complete idiots who are all on power trips and trying to prove that they have more power than the others. Im waiting for a start date at a stud as a stud hand, completely different to the boring office work I do now and much less money but I feel like I have had several ton weights taken off my shoulders.

I hate mine too! Been looking for ages but can't find anything else I can do that will enable me to keep paying the mortgage while I change careers! Can't do a college course in the evenings as I have to be on call every 2nd week.

to stay in the same job I either need to be a field engineer which means loads of ooh and overnight work - not good with horses or commute for 2 hrs a day - again not good for horses
