On sunday night he was eating grass and being sick - nothing too unusual for a dog so didnt think much of it.
On Monday when I get back from work he kept randomly retching but he seemed ok, little quiet. Ummed and ahhed about taking him to vets but he was eating , weeing and pooing. His nose was wet and his gums a nice colour, and he was still charging about the garden.
On Tuesday he wasnt retching as much and appeared to be his normal self so thought he was getting better.
Today woke up to him retching quite violently :-( he was also trying to eat his left over dinner (always leaves some) and nearly choked before i took it away. Rushed him to vets who said he has a very high temperature and feels very hot. He felt his tummy and said he was in pain. He thinks he has eaten something he shouldnt have and it is lodged somewhere. So he is in the vets now having xrays nd we are going to go from there. The vet thinks he should be able to retrieve foreign object through endoscopy so wont need to operate (if thats even whats wrong). Can I have some vibes please for Louis pops. Feeling very guilty for not taking him earlier, plus have huge final exam for uni on fri which i cant concentrate on as worrying :-(
