Just logged on to watch dressage on BBC

Thank you Richard- thats how you should ride a GP test with a beautifully soft and elastic contact on a relaxed and willing horse. Lovely!

He is a very good rider indeed. I like Artemis and can see the highlights, but in fairness, he is limited in scope. When you look at Alf and Parzival and Totilas and some of the German horses coming through.......

So proud of Louis - think he deserved more marks tho, especially with the tempi changes which were on a bendy line - Henriette's added these in for extra marks as it's not part of her usual test. She did some clever changes to cope with his behaviour and I think he went lovely
Will be mucking him out over Christmas when he comes home :D:D:D:D

That was Laura's right hand, the cause of that resistance- I was watching her hands as he was obviously being strong and she took a tug and he said 'no thanks!'

You guys need to read her blog, she explains how difficult Alf is to ride. Especially in such an electric arena and to music.

That doesnt change the fact thats what happened there, he did look difficult. Unfortunately, dressage is supposed to look easy!

At Kentucky she was perfect, here because of being indoor and everything so close she has to act very (very) strong, which I totally disagree with, this high of a level, it allshould be sorted.
