Just look at these bloody idiots ....

Guessing they had VERY tolerant or deaf neighbors with no sense of smell! My god could you imagine the amount of ***** that lot could produce (recon there is only about half the dogs in the pic)! They have to be hoarders to have got to that level........... Hell even Cayla doesn't have that many :p

Although I guess there will be plenty up for rehoming soon :(

Don't count on it, the RSPCA have them. They've been in kennels since last October. :(

Huskies and mals (half of the dogs in the pic are mals :p) are going to be very hard to place and the RSPCA do themselves no favours by refusing to collaborate with breed rescues.

Yep classic hoarders, amazing the neighbours didn't complain sooner. As BC says huskies and malamutes aren't the easiest of dogs to place, and they would be far better with a breed rescue but unfortunately the RSPCA never seem to want to work with them.:(

It is my house man...I forgot to tell you I had a bairn aswell:p:D

No god forbid they pass on to breed rescue they dont want to miss out on the rehoming fee, sorry to be so cynical but cant think of another reason why they dont pass on.

They have to be in kennels whilst any prosecution takes place because technically they still belong to the owner unless they have signed them over. Only when or if the judge decides to confiscate them from the owner can they go for rehoming.

It's not even a case of physically passing the dogs over but just getting the word out that they are available, a quick email to SHWA or SHCGB Welfare and hundreds if not thousands of knowledgable husky owners across the country could be made aware that these dogs need homes.

There's two in my local RSPCA centre at the moment but you wouldn't have a clue that they're there, nothing on the website. One is 14. :(

I know they have to follow that procedure Moomin but it just presents a very bleak future for a lot of them, a husky that's been kennelled for several months is even less likely to be adoptable. I've no idea what if any kind of work they can put in with them while they're in limbo like that, I'll have to ask my inside source tomorrow. :p

Because this came up on my local news I noticed they had a couple of Dobes in there as well and being big dogs are also difficult to rehome. I can understand the need to hang on to them whilst a prosecution is in the pipeline but even if there wasnt they will not pass on to a breed rescue. Its not just the RSPCA but the Dogs Trust are equally guilty.
