I'm having one of those days today where it is all getting to me. I bought a saddle on eBay nearly two weeks ago, paid straight away and have heard nothing from them. They had good feedback so figured they could be trusted, silly me! I paid over £500 too, thankfully by paypal and now have to wait for eBay to sort the dispute. Really annoyed tho as I was getting this saddle to give me the confidence to get back riding after a year off.
My old rescue pony had some major dental work done last week after years of neglect and I had hoped he would start to put on weight but the weight tape says no. I have wormed him again and will see if that does it. Any super food suggestions welcome.
Then I was following my filly across the field and first thought wow she is looking tubby, then thought I hope she's not in foal! Seriously hope not as I only have her dad entire!! He is turned out two fields away and has never been in the wrong field at tea time, or has he been out and back?? I'll have a better look tomorrow.

Awww hugs hun. It's not nice when you buy things on e-bay and the goods never turn up. Have you been in contact with the people you bought it from? They might be on holiday or something like that. I 'm sure it will get sorted for you. You will just have to be patient unfortunately.

As far as you old horse goes, I guess lots of good quality hay is a start. There are lots of feeds on the market suitable for oldies, why dont you give Dodson and Horrell or spillers a call, one of their nutritianists (SP?) will be able to give you some good advice.

Maybe your filly is a good doer lol but if she is in foal you will have your work cut out!

We all have rubbish days. I'm sure your day will be better tomorrow x
