I'm on blood early lunch as short staffed today. Just wondering, what everyone works at. I wrk in retail, I actually like it, some days aren't great, but that's life same in any job. I also like a lot on here wrk with my horses, but that's a passion. So just really passing my lunch and thought id ask.

I work on admin at a family printers, the MD is my old school friend from ermmmm 21 years ago, my horse is kept at her home and we co own a pony, it's absolutely great we love working together and get on really well X

I love my job in a small engineering company, we make parts for classic cars. I work four days a week between two different locations just making sure everything and everyone is ok and doing what they should be :)

I'm in insurance too - claims handling in local gov't. Also part time secretary at a breed society, and part time groom at a harness racing yard :)

Have got plans to become my OH's glamorous bookie's clerk as well ;)

I'm a groom on a small livery yard but want to be a paramedic! Currently looking in to it and weighing up options and how to get into it.
It's the going to uni to get a degree in paramedic science that's putting me off a bit haha but obviously you've got to do what you've got to do!

IT project manager. I work from home most of the time which means I can ride early mornings and sit at home in jods smelling of horses all day. Also easy to pop to yard for farrier/vet/dentist when necessary. Works well for me and pays pretty well too :)

I'm head sales admin @ a handbag manufacturing company! Also work one day a week in the office for my dad (boat brokerage) doing website etc. Okay money but bored as hell. Going to uni in September to do a biology degree and really can't wait, I'm so excited :D :D :D

I work 1100m underground in a salt and potash mine. I love my job apart from not seeing daylight which is why i guess i spend every spare minute outside with the daughters pony.

I sell marine instrumentation as my main job. Love it. Still get to work partly with animals, get to see/work with massive breakthroughs like lake Ellsworth and Wave Gliders and the people you meet are amazing. All friendly and often quite awe inspiring.

Wouldnt change it for the world :)

I'm a self-employed bookkeeper, have have only just stopped for lunch.
Great as I mainly work from home with flexible hours but does mean I end up working in evening and weekends when I have lots of work though!

I work in PR and marketing - very varied. I also work as an assistant photographer at BE events in north England

Love the career but not the current job which is in-house (education). Would love to do a similar role for an agency which manages equestrian/outdoor living clients!!
