Just reported Derby House to Watchdog

I placed an order with them last week with their £50 off offer on facebook, i brought snoe boots for £20 reduced from £70....they arrived 2 days later. I was very surprised as the order was a bit of a gamble as to whether or not i would recieve them. But they arrived :)
 
Rideaway are going the same way with their useless customer service. Weren't they recently bought by Pets At Home?

Barnstormers is the only online shop I will use now. Fabulous service and always lovely if you need to ring them :)

I too had to do this, only the soles on mine had split I spent over 5 months waiting (during which time I had to fork out for some other boots) for a replacement only to find that they leaked! I again was told to send them back for them to test themselves, I was so fed up with them that I told them that I wasn't prepared to wait months again so I kept the boots and sprayed them with a re-proofing spray and hey presto no more leaks!
