Got a pair recently, first pair that came had a very minor fault so had to be exchanged.
Anyway, they fit me ok, just a tad tight to get on maybe but fine once they are on.
I'm a size 9 foot with large calfs and I normally wear an XL half chaps if that helps.
Very nice boots actually, not had them long so not sure about durability though.
