For all your support yesterday. No need to reply but it was very much appreciated.
Once Haddy was down we could see a huge lump from mid chest between his front legs and towards his belly. When he was up you couldn't see or really feel it, just a slight tenseness. Vet says he either damaged his sternum or it was a tumour. Either way he didn't have a chance so I made the right decision.

Only just managed to catch up with what has been happening - so sorry to hear about Haddy. I know it doesn't make it any easier but sounds as if you definitely made the right decision.
