I think my boy has a sarcoid!
Have got the vet coming out today to say yay or nay and take photos to send them off to good old Liverpool!
Keep everything crossed for me please guys.

My friend's horse had bad sarcoids and she nearly didn't buy him because one was near his mouth and if it grew he would be unridable (for her anyway, she wanted a dressage horse so bitless wouldn't be an option). Anyway, the vet treated him with liverpool cream and blood root cream (?) and he has a special supplement - they are now all gone, including some enormous ones on his shoulder and belly. So even if it is bad news it needn't be the end of the world.

Oh unbalanced that's very comforting to hear, thank you so much. I have only ever heard bad things about them.
You wouldn't be able to find out the name of the supplement for me at all would you?

My horse had some horrendous sarcoids when I got her. The liverpool cream sorted some out, Hilton herbs treatment sorted the smaller ones and the worst were trated at the Royal Veterinary College with injuections of Cysplatin (??) - a chemotherapy drug. All gone and have been for about 2 years now - all is not lost

Not the end of the world, they can be treated very successfully. Try to keep the area clear of flies this summer if you can so they don't get angry. Good luck!
