I was really surprised to read this on the front pg of H&H online as I have been to two big events recently selling her stuff and latterly at YHL The Derby House stand looked as quiet as I've ever seen it on all occasions nor did I see anyone at the shows with their bags having made a purchase.

Is this a case of marketing desperation ie if we tell everyone its flying off the shelves others will feel they need to have it, or

where are these purchasers, I don't know anyone who has bought anything.

Just interested really, any thoughts

Yes, I agree.
I think that maybe a marketing ploy to make us want to rush out and buy her clothes.
They are not my cup of tea really, but was surprised to see that most of the clothes were creased and looked poor quality (I'm not sure why that surprised me really!!!)

I agree with the marketing ploy -- in the current economic climate, I just cannot see anything "flying off the shelves" (unless it was some mega bargain, which I don't think the clothes in question are!).
Either that, or an unfortunate piece of journalism (i.e. wrong word choice).

Dont think this has quite been the rescue plan that Derby House need at the moment.

I bought the hoody and the rugby shirt and they look good (i think) but haven't washed very wel at all various sparkly bits have fallen off etc.

From folks that have admitted to buying them, the quality is pretty poor - things don't wash well and the fit can be odd.

TBH Tough luck on Derby House for jumping on every celebrity bandwagon rather than addressing their core business and attending to their frankly horrible customer service and poor delivery times.

Yes the stand at YHL was very quiet indeed, you could of heard a pin drop in fact, at one point there was only me and my OH looking through the stuff, but my OH did like some of her gear, he likes me in girly colours anyway and he said he liked the jackets but obviously in blue, the pink wouldnt stay that colour for very long, in fact within seconds it would be dorbed in Mackenzie snot and hay dust etc I didnt buy anything though, not because there wasnt anything I didnt like, but i cant buy without trying on and I had more important things to buy.

I went to HOYS on the Friday when she was riding and everyone had Katie Price clothes on or in bags. The queue was massive to meet her so maybe the people who want the clothes had already bought them there!

I too went to HOYS and can confirm that nearly every girl (and a few boys!) under the age of 13 had a pink Katie Price bag and the queues for her stuff were massive!!!!!

In all fairness they know exactly who they're marketing for and seemed to be hitting the mark bang on............

The stuffs not my bag but you have to say all power to her elbow on her money making skills!!!! Now, if we can only get her to keep her mouth shut.............................

We looked on the YHL stand as have a pink fantatic girl who was at home looking after our horses for us. But the quality was really poor so we got her some pink tops from the O'haslams stand instead, better quality and BOGOF to.
